Performances of "Blind Lemon Blues", our musical based on the life and music of blues man Blind Lemon Jefferson, just finished up in New York and are now scheduled for Belgium and the Netherlands.

In addition, Documentary Arts has published an Education Guide and CD for the show, and co-authors Alan Govenar and Akin Babatunde have created new 15- and 35-minute vignette shows (watch online) for public programs to introduce "Blind Lemon Blues" to young audiences.

Facing the Rising Sun: Freedman's Cemetery is a Documentary Arts produced show exploring the history of race-relations against the backdrop of a desecrated black cemetery in the heart of downtown Dallas, for the city's African American History Museum.
