Documentary Arts® Audio Recordings:

CDs, Cassettes, Vinyl, Radio. Documentary Arts has covered quite a bit of ground with its audio recordings.

We have produced two radio series as well as a wide range of CDs and Cassettes by both never-before-recorded musicians and established masters.

Peruse our Audio Catalog to learn more about the CDs and Cassettes we have available from a wide variety of artists, from East Texas Black Harmonica Players (as shown below) to African Folktale collections.

Alan Govenar has recorded hundreds of artists as they've played, sung, and talked about their work. Much of the best material has been culled into our audio CD and Cassette releases.

Many of the interviews and recordings of historically important artists DocArts has recorded can be heard in our Masters of Traditional Arts DVD-Rom.

Many of the other extensive interviews have been made into parts of a larger radio series (more info at right).
